Cardiac Arrest: What Would You Do? Delivered By John Davies – Only 1 in 10 people that suffer a cardiac arrest outside hospital will survive! Would you know what to do in the event of a relative, friend of colleague suffering a cardiac arrest? Would you even know how to recognise the signs and symptoms? What is a defibrillator and how does it work? Join John Davies, owner of Vanguard Training for a FREE workshop on how to recognise the signs and symptoms of a cardiac arrest, at 08:30-09:30 on Friday 11th May 2018 at Signature Works. This will be a short presentation followed by some (voluntary) practical exercises and demonstrations on CPR and the use of the public access defibrillator. This will be very basic information and knowledge that could actually help you to save a life in the event of a medical emergency, can you afford not to?
