The View From My Bridge with Ian Crosswell

PUBLISHED 07/11/2018

Join Signature Works for this unmissable talk with Ian Crosswell as he shares how he became a Thrive Programme Consultant and the importance of not ignoring your own mental health and wellbeing.

Ian, who was born in London, shares the journey that took him from working in Finance, Legal and Construction sectors and culminated in a life-changing moment on a wet March Morning on a bridge near Wrexham.

“Only a few years after that March morning, I am now a Thrive Programme Consultant working to help other people learn from my mistakes. My life has changed beyond all recognition and I have the pleasure and privilege of helping other people change theirs. My story is not unique, as many people have similar tales to tell, but it illustrates that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is well worth seeking it out.”

In this short-talk, Ian aims to highlight the dangers of ignoring your own mental health and wellbeing and how, with the right help and determination life really can change.

Doors open at 11:30am, with complimentary refreshments provided, please arrive before 12:00pm as this is when the talk will begin.
